Private Villa

This project of private residential in Waberi district, Mogadishu. The project focuses and captures an indoor-outdoor concept.

Achieving the integration with the natural landscape lies within the objective of this project, by creating more pleasant greenery scene, minimize the environmental impact.

In this way we also achieved to improve the ventilation of the lower and upper floors.

Ventilation for all spaces, we designed mid-courtyard to encourage social interaction, perforated concrete block to introduce filtered fresh air from the outdoor space into the interior to improve the air quality of the space and humidity.

With balcony for each room of the upper floor, with breath-taking views.
